About this webinar
In this session, Elena Verna, Head of Growth at Lovable, joins Metronome to share how Lovable is approaching one of the toughest open questions in software: how to price AI.
Elena will discuss what makes AI pricing uniquely complex, why traditional SaaS models fall short, and how Lovable is experimenting with new approaches that better reflect the value AI delivers. She’ll also share her perspective on where AI monetization is heading — and what companies can do today to prepare for that shift.
Why AI has upended the logic of SaaS pricing and why there’s still no clear playbook.
How Lovable is navigating the tension between self-serve and enterprise monetization.
What it takes to evolve from usage-based pricing toward outcomes-based value.
