Speakers from
Schedule at-a-glance
Emily Sands, Head of Data and AI, Stripe
Agents are changing who can build software and how quickly an idea can become a real business. Replit is at the forefront of that shift, giving millions of people the ability to create with agents while navigating the new product, monetization, and risk challenges that come with them.Emily Sands and Michele Castata will discuss building products that empower people, making variable costs understandable for customers, and protecting platforms from abuse. Together, they’ll explore what it means for agents to be a new economic actor and what a new generation of builders can create.
Ryan Campbell, Senior Director, Product Finance, Snowflake
Sam Lee, Head of Global Pricing and Commercialization, Stripe
Credits, consumption, and outcome-based pricing have become a core part of the SaaS monetization playbook — these models align price to value, but at the cost of predictability. Customers struggle to forecast spend, and businesses lose revenue certainty. That's pushing pricing into the product itself: predictability, visibility, and control over spend all have to be built in.
Join Sam Lee of Stripe, Aisling O'Reilly of Fin, and Ryan Campbell of Snowflake for a practical conversation on how you can capture the benefits of usage-based pricing at scale, without breaking the experience for customers or the financials for the business.
Scott Woody, CEO, Co-founder, Metronome, a Stripe product
Finance leaders are balancing which AI investments can create measurable returns, how to reinvest productivity gains into growth, and ensuring pricing maps to product value.
Karan Parekh, Head of Finance at Clay, will share how Clay approaches finance with a “no budget” philosophy, measuring the ROI of token spend, and how their pricing overhaul earlier this year transformed the business.
Join Kyle Poyar for a deep dive into his work on AI, SaaS, and agentic pricing strategy, and walk away with new frameworks and techniques you can bring back into your practice tomorrow. Drawing from his 2026 survey of 230 B2B software and AI companies, Kyle distills how the monetization community is finding success in pricing, packaging, and AI monetization.Kyle Poyar is a researcher, monetization and growth influencer, and pricing strategy consultant.
AI companies are navigating a new monetization journey as self-serve and enterprise motions converge, agents drive increasingly autonomous usage at scale, and the shift to usage-based billing turns finance into a real-time function, requiring new levels of visibility and auditability that traditional pricing models never demanded.Drawing on Anthropic’s rapid growth—and what Anthropic, Stripe, and Metronome have learned working together—this session will examine what companies actually need at each stage: to commercialize new products, give customers control as usage and spend scale, and operate revenue in real time.
Open source AI is disrupting frontier models and giving builders more choice in how they build, deploy, and pay for intelligence. As open models close the capability gap, they’re driving down the cost of inference and changing the unit economics of AI products. This session will cover the open source landscape, how to decide when to use open models vs. frontier models, and how falling costs are accelerating the move from token pass-through to value-based pricing.
