Agenda & Topics

Join pricing leaders from top AI, SaaS and InfraSaaS companies exploring:
Market Shift: From Billing → Monetization Intelligence
Billing is no longer just a system of record—it is becoming the system of value articulation and integrity.
The Next Monetization Wave: Agent-led Growth
Legacy billing breaks when AI agents take over—modern monetization must adapt to high-frequency, agent-driven usage and purchasing.
Monetizing AI Profitably
Profitably pricing AI requires moving beyond seat models to balance variable LLM costs with clear customer value.
Building for GTM Complexity
Scaling global AI products demands infrastructure that can handle enterprise contracts, self-serve billing, and fraud defense all at once.
We will share a full agenda soon.

What is the Monetize Conference?

The Monetization Conference is an event curated for pricing leaders in Product, Finance, GTM, and Engineering, navigating the shift to dynamic, value-based monetization. This event brings together forward-thinking executives to explore how to modernize pricing and billing strategies and operationalize the Monetization Operating Model to drive growth. Topics we’ll explore include:

  • How to structure an operating model around value-based monetization
  • Why AI is forcing a reinvention of pricing models
  • How companies are preparing for the next monetization wave: agent-led growth
  • What it takes to align product, finance, and GTM around pricing strategies
  • Lessons from leading companies building monetization into their growth engine

Whether you’re a Chief Product Officer, VP of Monetization, or Head of Pricing Strategy, this event is a chance to connect with peers, share what’s working, and get inspired by real-world examples from companies leading the shift to value-based pricing.

Who is invited to the Monetize Conference?

Monetize is an invite-only conference for leaders tackling modern pricing and billing. Seats are limited—If you’d like to request an invitation to join, you can submit a request to attend here.

Will travel be covered?

We are covering one night’s hotel stay (September 9–10) on a first-come, first-served basis, as availability is limited. If you wish to extend your stay, discounted rates will be available for additional nights. Full booking details will be provided once your registration is approved.

What is the dress code?

Wine country executive casual. Think elevated and polished, without being overly formal. Here’s some guidance:

  • Smart casual to business casual attire — tailored, professional, but relaxed
  • Layers are encouraged — Sonoma can be warm during the day and cool in the evening
  • Comfortable footwear — stylish but practical for walking on vineyard grounds or uneven surfaces
